Whether you are madly in love this valentine’s day or you are indulging in self-love, I got you. Below is a list of the perfect valentine’s day gifts whether you’re spoiling your partner or treating yourself.

Face Masks
No, not the kind that the world has become subject to amidst the pandemic. The kind that nourishes our skin, whether it’s clay, oil, or a sheet mask. This gift can hydrate the skin, help to remove impurities and can be done on a budget – what more could you want?
Bring Your Favourite Meal Home
Whether you’re dining alone this valentine’s day or having a romantic meal with your plus one, dinner doesn’t have to be boring. Loads of our favourite restaurants all over London have started doing takeaway/home delivery in order to adapt to the current times. So, although we are missing getting dressed up to the nines and heading into the city, why not bring your favourite meal home? Whether you want steak from Gaucho, sushi from Roka or

chips and curry sauce from your local takeaway, this gift idea covers all budgets too.
Personalised Journal
So, its no secret of mine that journaling is one of my favourite self-care hacks. Every evening I dedicate time to writing out my gratitude and focusing on my goals. Therefore, one of my go-to things to gift myself is a new journal to keep encouraging myself to write. If one of your 2021 goals is to take your self-care more seriously, this is the perfect valentine’s gift to yourself. Alternatively, if your partner is an avid writer or a creative who always has something to hand to doodle new ideas on, then this should top your gift list this year.
Bring The Spa Home
A typical valentine’s gift to your other half or to celebrate galantine’s is a spa weekend away, who said we had to give up that dream? Order some personalised bath robes for your significant other or your girlfriends and bring the spa home! Granted, this may have to be done over zoom if you’re celebrating with your pals but it will certainly be a valentine to

remember. Send your friends all the candles, bath salts, face masks and all their other beauty favourites and enjoy the serenity of your go to spa in the comfort of your own home. If you’re treating your partner with this one you might even want to order a massage table and go all out, the options are endless.
Wireless Headphones
If you are looking to dig a bit deeper into your purse/wallet and are able to spend a little more on your valentine, wireless headphones or earphones are a great gift. Another one of my favourite self-care tips is to go on long walks listening to a motivational podcast or my favourite music, if this is something you do regularly then these are definitely a worthwhile investment. If your other half loves walking or fitness of any kind then you can’t go wrong with this gift.
Yoga Mat

It may come as no surprise that this tops the list for my favourite gift. If you’re an avid yogi you will know that a good yoga mat is an essential investment. Yoga mats, however, don’t come cheap if you want to make sure you are getting something durable and good quality. Perhaps your other half has taken up yoga during lockdown or maybe its your own favourite hobby. Either way this is a lovely gift and you can find my personal favourite mats at Yoga Mats – Yogi Bare (yogi-bare.co.uk).
Affirmation Card Deck
Last but definitely not least, a gift relating to my final self-care ritual, affirmations. Affirmations should be a part of everyone’s day, especially first thing in the morning for the

best effect. This is another gift that’s great to get for yourself if you are focusing more on your own self care this year, having a deck of affirmation cards next to your bed and using them as soon as you wake up is a great way to get in to the habit. Maybe you and your partner both love saying your daily affirmations, pulling a card from the deck can be something you can do together each day. This makes you both accountable for saying your affirmations, and you can share them out loud with your partner, helping you to manifest them too.
Happy valentine's day loves!
